Villages at Lincoln is helping to change the face of public housing. For instance, we’re finding more effective uses of technology — both as a means of improving internal operating efficiencies and assisting residents in becoming self-sufficient.
We see the Villages at Lincoln community as a world-class, computer-ready neighborhood where residents have the connections, equipment and training they need to improve their job skills. Technology is a tool for empowerment, enabling youth to break the cycle of poverty, adults to advance their job skills, and elderly to obtain information and communicate using the Internet.
